Located in downtown Glen Arbor on Manitou Boulevard, less than half a block to Lake Michigan. Four bedrooms; Den (also used as a fifth bedroom); Four bathrooms. Accommodates up to 13. Den on main floor has closed doors and a full Murphy bed. Upstairs, there's a king bed in the master bedroom; King bed in second bedroom; Queen bed and one twin bed in third bedroom; Queen bed and a full sleeper sofa in fourth bedroom mother-in-law suite (with its own TV, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker). Gas Fireplace; Air Conditioning; Washer/Dryer; Wireless and High Speed Internet; TV/Cable. Front porch with rocking chairs; Screened in porch with table; Patio with table, chairs and gas grill. The "mother-in-law-suite" off the upstairs area also has its own access from outside at the back of the home. Four car maximum. Walk to Lake Michigan, the grocery store, all restaurants, cafes, bars, art galleries, ice cream shops, and the town park! Summer rentals are Sunday to Sunday.
